This website is operated by T & Sugah and High Tea Music, based in The Hague, Netherlands. We process your data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT & WHY
We only collect data necessary to run our operations and communicate with our fans. 

A. Innercrowd Updates (The Subscribe App)
- Data: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and country.
- Purpose: To send you direct updates regarding new music releases, merchandise, and international tour dates.
- Legal Basis: Explicit Consent. Your data is routed securely to our Innercrowd CRM database.

B. Artwork Submissions (The Paint App)
- Data: Name, email address, and the image data of your drawing.
- Purpose: To receive and verify user-generated artwork sent directly to our internal mail servers.
- Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest & Consent.

3. COOKIELESS ANALYTICS & LOCAL STORAGE
This operating system does not use tracking cookies.

- Functional Storage: We use HTML5 LocalStorage and SessionStorage strictly to remember your UI state (e.g., ensuring the boot screen only plays once per session). These are strictly necessary for the OS to function and cannot track you.
- Cookieless Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 in strict Consent Mode. This sends anonymous, aggregated "pings" to measure website traffic. No analytical cookies are stored on your device, and no personal data is tracked across the web.

4. DATA SHARING & RETENTION
We do not sell your data. We only share it with vetted third-party processors required to run our infrastructure (Innercrowd for CRM, secure email servers for artwork routing, and Google for anonymous analytics). We retain your data only for as long as you remain subscribed or as legally required.

5. YOUR GDPR RIGHTS
Under European law, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any inaccurate data.
- Request the complete erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
